What is Mag-Filer?
We are your Secure Choice in end of year E-file Solutions for your 1099's, 1042S's and W2's. Data can be entered or imported, printed to laser generated recipient forms, and e-filed according to the IRS or SSA specifications.
Processes All Forms 1099, 1098, 1097, 3921, 3922, 5498,8935, 1042-S, W-2G, 1096, W-2 (supports the 50 U.S. states and DC), W-3, and W-2 wage reporting to states accepting the SSA EFW2 format.
One program Imports, Prints, and E-Files. The program is compatible with Windows® 8, 10, or 11 (32/64 bit) operating systems - single user or network.

System Requirements
Windows 8, 10, or 11 (32/64 bit) local PC or network platforms. Minimum 16MB RAM and 100MB hard disk space available.
HP compatible laser printers on both plain paper or PrePrinted forms. Inkjet or deskjet printers can be used for plain paper Copy B substitutes.
Licensing
MAG-FILER can be purchased and installed at one site to as many workstations as required with one support contact. Multiple contacts and sites require the purchase of additional programs.
